It's not everything you put your mouth into. Learn how to bridle your tongue so as not to regret of your actions in the future.
At home, learn how to keep quiet whenever issues arise among you and your partner. Many homes are destroyed today because some people can't keep their mouth sealed. You don't claim rights when issues crop up at homes, rather you must learn to discipline yourself and allow peace to reign by all means.
At your place of work, learn to respect and honour one another. Many have had issues with their respective bosses at work because of their indiscipline attitudes at work. Many so called bosses also later regret of their actions later in the future because of the ways they behave while in office. Many have forgotten that they will leave that seat one day and it's those subordinates of yours that will take over that seat later in future. Many can't come back to that office again because of their indiscipline attitudes towards their staff / subordinates.
Learn to look away and keep quiet anywhere you are . Let anyone call you names, just move on and be focused.
Discipline helps one to attract favour even from the astute enemies of yours. When you don't speak, no one knows what's in your mind. Just be focused and move on.
