AFROGRAMS CLUBSET 905 SET TO CELEBRATE 30TH ANNIVERSARY IN GRAND STYLE.

As the years go by, we come to cherish our high school memories even more. The bonds forged during those formative years remain a lifelong source of joy and connection. That’s why the Central Organizing Committee (CoC) of African Church Grammar School (Afrograms) Old Students Association, Clubset 905 is rolling out the drums to mark a milestone 30th Anniversary Celebration in April 2025!

Reconnecting, Giving Back, and Celebrating 30 Years of Friendship.

According to a statement signed by the Anniversary's  Central Organizing Committee Secretary, Mr. Bayo Adeyemo, this landmark celebration is more than just a reunion—it’s an opportunity to give back to our alma mater, reconnect with old friends, network, and strengthen the bonds that have stood the test of time.

"This celebration is about rekindling friendships, making new memories, and above all, expressing gratitude to God for keeping us alive to witness this momentous occasion," Mr. Adeyemo stated.With a well-curated lineup of activities, the four-day celebration is set to be fun, inclusive, and memorable for all Afrograms Clubset 905 members!

Exciting Events Lined Up for the 30th Anniversary Celebration

• Thursday, April 3rd, 2025 – Giving Back to Our Alma Mater

i. Commissioning of Renovated Classrooms – 12:00 PM, African Church Grammar School Compound

ii. Workshop for Senior Secondary School Students (SS1 – SS3) – 1:00 PM, School Hall

Workshop Theme: "Mental Health and Substance Abuse in Young Adults & Adolescents"

• Friday, April 4th, 2025 – Fun, Fitness & Fellowship

Anniversary Roadshow – 7:30 AM (Procession from Oke Shokori Junction to the School Compound)

i. Novelty Football Match – 9:00 AM, African Church Grammar School Field

ii. Jumaat Thanksgiving Service – 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM, Owu Central Mosque

iii. Suya Night (Exclusively for Clubset Members) – 6:00 PM, MITROS GRA, Ibara, Abeokuta
