For transforming the Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta, as a premium and innovative health services provider, Professor Abdus-Samiu Adewale Musa-Olomu, has been adjudged as the 2024 winner of PR Primus Innovative Leadership Award.
Part of his achievements include the commencement of Open Heart Surgeries, construction of critical infrastructural facilities and several quality service deliveries.
Announcing the Award, the Managing Director of PR Primus, Mr. Akin Okudero, said the Medical Director had also used his expertise and wide ranging connections to bring value and implemented qualitative human capital development programmes that had increased the prestige and reputation of 30 year-old FMC, Abeokuta.
He will be honoured at the 10th Anniversary of "Your Image" Awards and Annual Lecture scheduled to hold at the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, Abeokuta on Wednesday, 9th October, 2024.
Prof. Musa-Olomu, the fourth substantive Medical Director of Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta, was educated at the University of Ibadan and Olabisi Onabanjo University is a member of West Africa College of Surgeons and is a recipient of many grants and awards.
