In the words of the renowned Irish playwright Bernard Shaw, "Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself." This sentiment perfectly encapsulates the remarkable journey of Reverend Fola Achudume, affectionately known as RFA, who dedicated her life to building and uplifting others.
Reverend Fola Achudume, the late Lead Pastor and wife of the General
Overseer of Victory Life Bible Church International, Apostle Lawrence Achudume,
was a beacon of hope and transformation. Her life's mission was to mend broken
lives and uplift those whom society had written off. As a certified Life Coach,
RFA specialized in turning despair into hope, guiding countless individuals to
become beacons of light and joy.
Her
unwavering commitment to this divine calling never wavered, and she embraced
her ministry with passion and dedication. In her role as a Marriage Counselor,
Reverend Fola Achudume was a steadfast advocate for healthy, loving
relationships. She worked tirelessly to prevent troubled marriages from falling
apart, offering both spiritual and practical guidance to couples. Her efforts
ensured that many homes on the brink of collapse were restored with love and
faith. To those who knew her personally, Reverend Fola Achudume was a calm,
compassionate, and resolute woman of God. She was always ready to lend a
listening ear and dispense wisdom when needed.
According to a statement by the Head of VLBC Media Crew, Mrm Akin Okudero her
congregants remember her as an energetic preacher, brimming with divine wisdom
and an unquenchable love for God's work. Beyond her ministry, RFA was a
prolific author and a passionate advocate for the empowerment of young girls.
Through her Non-Governmental Organizations, Save Her, and Royal Ladies
International, she championed the education and protection of the girl-child,
working tirelessly to shield them from the vices that plague society. Reverend
Fola Achudume's journey began as a teacher at Abeokuta Grammar School,
following her University Education and mandatory National Service.
Her teaching career laid the foundation for
her astute and impactful ministry. Tragically, Reverend Fola Achudume passed
