When the going gets tough?

The statement "When the going gets tough, the tough gets going”, 

was attributed to both John F. Kennedy's father, John P. Kennedy and the American coach K. Rockne. 

It was also popularised by Billy Ocean's homonymous song.

It simple means when the situation gets critical, those who aren't weak-willed work harder and never give up.

Given up on dreams has led so many people astray. The ability to dream and follow it up to a logical conclusion is what actually defines a man of accomplishment.

I entered into a training sometimes ago and the organiser taunted us that so many of us will quit the training half way. 

What he said that actually annoyed and got me  challenged was that, so many people have never executed a task successfully in their life.

He then urged us to stay,even if that would be the only one thing that some of us will start its execution and follow through to a logical conclusion. So, I got challenged.

I stopped to think twice about the statement. Life is a battle field and only the tough can succesfully swim through the ocean of life to the shoreline.

Most people more often than not readily give up pursuing their goals. What I have learnt is that the moment you feel like giving up, that is when the icing on the cake is about to be added.

What you will find out is that when you push harder most times, especially  each time you feel like giving up,you are likely going to get the breakthrough. 

Achieving success in life is not for the light hearted. It had been said long ago that  faint hearts never won a lady. Even in military training, only the tough ended up graduating.

Every great accomplishments in life, sometimes comes with a price and to get to the finishing line, requires  a lot of tact and perseverance. 

Are you a weakling when it comes to setting goals and pursuing it to a logical conclusion? You have to change that attitude. All you will need most times is a little push and you are on the path to greatness. Don't give up, your miracle is at hand!

Remember, when the going gets tough, the tough gmets going. I ask you the simple question,are you ready to get going ?
