The Federation of Muslim Women's Associations in Nigeria (FOMWAN) Ogun State chapter has condoled the Governor of Ogun State on the demise of his father, Dr Emmanuel Abiodun who passed away on Monday at the age of 89.
In a statement issued by the Amirah of FOMWAN, Alhaja Kudirat Rabiu, the Muslim women's association said the late Governor's father who died at a riped aged lived a fulfilled life, which is manifestly seen in the calibre of children that he produced , especially, the Governor of Ogun State.
" There is no gainsaying the fact that the late Governor's father lived a fulfilled live and is a symbol of a responsible and accomplished father, whose traits of leadership and being a responsible citizen is manifestly inherent in the quality of the children he raised, in person of the Ogun State Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun who has been transforming the state positively ".
The association observed that the late Pa Emmanuel Abiodun will be sorely missed and everyly be remembered for the gift of a responsible child he bestowed on the state.
